Looking to purchase timeshare at Tahiti Vaillage any red flags or advice.

Always buy resale BUT it's cheaper to rent or exchange into this resort. I have stayed there 4 times on an XYZ week.

TVV is a nice place

Hello, We own at Tahiti Village and love it there. I would suggest using Ebay or looking through the TUG marketplace.

WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
Las Vegas has more than 30 timeshares, so there is more supply than demand. It is very easy to get an inexpensive rental, or trade there - for less than the cost of maintenance fees.

Unless you always want to stay there for some reason it is not a good deal to trade or rent. You can easily get it (and much better) LV resorts easily by rent or cheap trade. Not a prime choice for an ownership..
