So when they are deposited to II they count the same as a 95k point lockoff as 2 units?

Are the MF the same as the 81k units? or is it more expensive like the 95k unit?

Key West has the 2bdrm LO 95k.

Both Bella and Key West have 2BR lock off units. For both, the Prime season (Platinum) is 95.7K SOs and the High season (Gold Plus) is 81K. High season is not a good SO generator since the MFs are very high ($1,500+) compared to the number of StarOptions you get.

May be putting an EOYO 2 Bedroom Bella platinum up soon. Next year the lockout is going as well.

The gold plus MF is slightly less than the plat, though the only difference is in the tax amount allocated to each unit. It works the same for the 2BR dedicated unit.

So if I understand you correctly, the 81k Gold Plat is about the same MF (less taxes) as the 95k Lockoff. Is there a reason someone would want 81k Gold Plus LO if they could get the 95k plat LO for about the same MF to get higher SO/MF? Alternatively the 81k dedicated for about $300 less MF?
