It’s physically located on Disney property but not a Disney resort. Confusing information out there.

No, Wyndham Bonnet Creek doesn’t qualify for 60-day FPs, sorry. My understanding is that it’s built on a piece of property the owners steadfastly refused to sell to Disney, so that’s why it feels like it’s “at” WDW but isn’t. To make it more confusing, the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria hotels, on that same piece of property, do qualify for 60-day FP!

You pay dearly for the benefit of FP+ at 60 days for the hotels that participate. Better to get a Disney moderate hotel. Of course, Wyndham Bonnet Creek accommodations are superior.

Yep - it's not "on Disney property" but it is surrounded by Disney property...

It's a long story! Here is a little background and insight from a trusted source and TUG member, Werner Weiss. In short, evidently, the owner of the property didn't care for what he called Disney's questionable business practices and refused to sell.

Many thanks for that link! I’m pretty sure I had read it before, but I’m glad to be able to bookmark it.
