Did 2 purchases from this new seller Ariell Abramovitz (Vice President of Operations at Allied solution group) . Does not look like she knows what she is talking about and is lying all the way. Never returns phone calls. Canceled both of these.

Purchased a Marriott timeshare and she stated it was taken by ROFR. Called Marriott resales and gave them the TS inventory ID and they said that Marriott waved. When I told her that, she started changing the story and stopped communicating.

With the other purchase, I asked for the estoppel which took forever to get. and when I finally got it, it did not match what I purchased.

The company goes by Midwest transfer, Allied solution group (looks like a PCC) and maybe few other names too. Here is another tug link:

I am very easy to deal with but this one is a special case. Avoid if you care about your time.

Bad Deal

Sounds like she wasn't happy with the sales price, and didn't expect you to catch her in her lie. Good job!

Thanks for the warning - glad you didn't lose $ in addition to your time.

Sellers like that count on having uneducated buyers. Glad you weren’t caught up in it.

My very first timeshare purchase took something like seven months to close. It was an easy transfer, but the parties involved had no clue about the process. Stories kept changing about why it was taking so long.

The worst lie I was told was that the person handling the transfer had put all paperwork in a bottom desk drawer, locked the desk, and went on vacation. When it was time to return, they never came back. The desk sat locked, and unchecked, for weeks. When the new person started there, they opened the desk and found the paperwork. I called BS at the time, and still think they made it up. Eventually it closed, but it took forever.

Yeah, that was why I think they were lying. The whole story sounded flaky. And then there was the old “they lost the paperwork, so we had to send it again” lie. And several others, like “Yes, you absolutely need Title Insurance!” This was on a right-to-use ownership in a non-deeded resort. So, yeah. I feel your pain. :)

And now she is relisting the unit that was supposed have been taken by ROFR.

I dealt with lots of eBay sellers but not such a lair. Do not think it will last long in business.

Is this the same outfit that Angela Noel worked for a couple years ago? If so, she was great to work with. The person that took over her TUG handle goes by @AriMorgan and looks to perhaps be the person that you are working with. Seems that the place has gone downhill?

She just sold a Worldmark membership and looks like after the customer paid, same item got relisted 3 hours later. Glad I got out before losing any money.

VERY SUSPICIOUS.

I had a successful transaction with Midwest Transfer at the beginning of 2017, but it was when aforementioned Angela Noel was working with them. She was apparently transitioning out of the company at the time, so my transaction took a lot longer than anticipated due to her cases being transitioned from her to Ari. In the end, I got what I want at a great price. I haven’t seen an offers from them here on TUG lately. Angela used to post often here on this bargain forum.

Just bought 13000 annual Worldmark credits from this seller. Haven’t paid yet though. Any advise?

Yea, this is pretty shady, a while ago the seller had 5 or 6 other properties listed. Now nothing.
