If you are talking about just a company to handle the transfer to a new owner once you have a buyer or someone to give it to, many of us here on tug, including myself, have used LT Transfers. They are reasonable and walk you through the whole process.
The other posts gave you links on how to find a new home for your timeshare. I have gifted many timeshare here to other members in the bargain section and tug marketplace.
