RCI reviews disappeared?

When I’m scanning the Resorts online on the RCI website, I’m finding that if a timeshare doesn’t have a listing online with TripAdvisor, all of its reviews, even the RCI member reviews, on The RCI website have disappeared. They don’t exist anymore.

Is this just a problem with RCI Platinum, or my iPad? Is anyone else seeing this?

I noticed that too (& I am not Platinum)! I thought it was a technical glitch after one of RCI's Saturday night IT maintenance "doins".
I also do not like that they now have TripAdvisor reviews on there. I always check the box for 'RCI Member Reviews' since I know many people not familiar with timeshare resorts wont write a proper timeshare review. I don't want to hear about the lack of daily maid service or room service at a timeshare.

I wondered it they are using Trip Advisor for the reviews so the reviews more up to date since a lot of people use Trip Advisor. But I'm with Diane, I don't want reviews from people who obviously know nothing about timeshares as they are posting about the lack of daily maid service or room service. I want to see reviews from people who know timeshares and can give a more accurate evaluation.

“We apologize for the difficulty you encountered with our website. Unfortunately, RCI.com is currently experiencing a temporary problem. I doubt they would say: Wyndham owns RCI and since Wyndham's new owners website still has issues 17 months later why would you think ours would be any better with them in charge of it. Lol
