Between the three resort options for NYC listed on II (Marriott Pulse, Beekman Towers, and Manhattan Club Penthouse Suites) which would you pick to include in an OGS? We would be traveling as a family of four with two kids. Thanks!

Don't know anything about Beekman Towers. Manhattan Club Penthouse Suites is an extremely difficult trade but that would be my first choice. I don't know if Marriott Pulse can hold 4 people but that would be your best bet for a match. I would put them all in, the caveat being I know nothing about Beekman Towers.

Thank you! Would you say the Manhattan Club is comparable in the quality of experience to Marriott timeshare resorts?

Yes. But remember this is high rise in New York. I have stayed at their one bedroom, not the penthouse. It is excellent.

I think none are likely to come up unless you are looking for January or February. I have never heard of Beekman towers so I suspect it is a rental only. I doubt there are more than 2-3 deposits total per year from MC Penthouse Suites and other than the first few months Marriott Pulse NY opened the only deposits in II were in the dead of winter.

Might try a private trade with a Wyndham owner for Midtown Towers. NICE place and a decent location.

Avator picture is from one of my trips to Midtown ... that is the Today host, Meridith Veria. Had my 89-90 aunt travelling with me. Auntie was JUST thrilled with our 3 day adventure trip. Auntie's handlers were just stunned we did SO MUCH. We did drive into the city and parking was OVER $65 per night with NO "in/out" option.
