II has technical problem?

Hi, I just check my existing pending requests and saw nothing in there on all of my pending requests (7 total), each one I clicked asked me to start fill in a new exchange request. I called II and unluckily talked to a rep who even did not want to answer my question of what do I have in my one pending request (she just go around and around,...). Does anyone see the same problem here?

It seems since they aded automated size upgrade you have to go thru a few pages to get to see your pending request. Answer the few questions about size and upgrades and you will get there.

It is always like that when you review a pending request. Even before the size upgrade feature it would take you to the screen to add your request. The exception is below it lists what is already on request, which is still there once you confirm the one page that lists your currently selected upgrade option. Each time you modify an existing request it looks like you are creating a new one. Even the confirmation looks like a new request.

Thank you for the help! I went through the first page and saw the pending requests I have last night. It did look differently in the morning of yesterday. In the morning it looked like a whole new blank page which I think is a technical problem.
