Hi,
I'm new to TS. Thanks to reading this forum, we recently rescinded a developer purchase. However, would like to purchase resale. Interested in HGVC due to familiarity with some resorts, program flexibility and minor differences between developer and resale purchase. WorldMark looks tempting for its ability to trade in Interval which has properties in our desired locations. WorldMark locations are listed as Wyndham Club Pass Resorts, but seems to have its own system based on two different point systems. Would someone kindly explain how WorldMark works? Thanks

FYI, some HGVC affiliates are members in interval. You would have to have a private account to use for trading.

Hilton Craigendarroch (lodge) is a great option. 7000 HGVC points for a 2 bedroom platinum, maintenance fees around $800. Corporate HGVC account with RCI but it also trades in Interval.

Thank you. The Scotland location doesn't seem to be available often. Are there any HGVC affiliates in the US with decent MFs?
Is WorldMark or any other besides Marriott, Disney good to have? Any owners out there?
