Any Harborside owners out there ever have issue renting out their units?

I am in the process of buying a week 12 and in looking at future vacations we have 1 year that we won't be able to go. I want to rent it but am apprehensive about not getting the 2bd lock out rented for that year.

Any insights?

thanks

Long time owner, long time renter at Harborside. I have never had a week go unrented, but there have been a few times when it came down to about 2 months out from check-in. The rental market is better now, but during the recession it was tough going and prices really took a nose dive. We have rented out our unit the past 3 years and will probably be doing so again next year.

You can also look to trade it with other tug members. I know I would be interested in that.

Thx
