1) Is there a vacation destination you wish to visit most of the time or on a regular basis? if so where?
The 2 locations we visit most frequently are Orlando and Las Vegas.
2) Do you want to visit your home resort at least half the time, or do you want to trade more than half the time?
However, most of the time, we would most likely visit somewhere new.
3) What are your 5 top trade destinations?
We like to visit different places all the time, but we would like to visit Los Angeles, Hawaii, Mexico, Washington D.C., New York, New Orleans
4) How many people do you usually travel with?
Usually it is just me and my wife; however, from time to time, we go with another couple.
5) Can you travel any time, or are you locked into the school schedule?
Any time is fine.
6) Can you make firm plans 12 or more mos. in advance?
We can plan in advance, but we also like to go on somewhat last minute long weekend trips.
7) Can you vacation for a full week at a time?
Yes.
8) What level of accommodations do you prefer on a scale of 1 to 5 stars?
We usually stay in 2-3 star hotels.
9) How much can you afford to spend upfront, without financing?
3,000
10) How much can you afford to spend every year for a maintenance fee that will come due right after Christmas, and increase each year?
1,000
11) Are you a detail oriented planner?
My wife is definitely a planner.
12) Do you understand that once you buy a timeshare, it may be very difficult to sell or give away, and you are responsible for all fees, until you do?
Yes.
We usually go on multiple vacations per year, one "big", and a couple long weekends. I am not sure that Timesharing is the best idea for us since we like to go to a variety of locations. But since we travel so much, I thought it might be able to save us some money. We also don't need fancy places with all the frills. We don't usually spend much time in the room anyway.
