HGVC Budgets and Maintenance Fees

HGVC has begun mailing the HGVC budgets for each resort. Usually, this will include all of the MF for the various various room sizes. This can be found usually at the end of the budget (refer to example below). Please update our 2018 HGVC Sticky to include the other room sizes. If you like, you can also post the budgets here or PM them to me.

Was wondering when we might get them. Thanks for the update, Gary. Our billing has been showing for some time on the HGVC website. We will hopefully get the budget letter before Christmas (lol). It seems to take soooooo long for the USPS to mail a letter to Canada. I have started to wonder if someone in the post office there has to look up Canada on a map first, to figure out which direction to send it. (Just kidding...sort of!!) Will post the numbers for Ocean 22 once received.

I have been hoping but so far for me none have showed up yet.

I received my final HOA budget in the mail. When you do receive your HOA budgets, please add the MFs for all of the various room sizes at your resort (if not previously reported). You can normally find the MFs per room type broken out towards the end of the report. Certain items might not be included such as HI GE Tax. Just make a note if something isn't included.

We have had an excellent response in the Hilton forum in posting our MFs for various HGVC resorts. It looks like we have most all of the resorts covered. We are however stil missing a few significant resort:

• Borgo Alle Vigne, Italy. (This was one of the lowest MFs/point resorts last year)
• Coylumbridge
• Las Palmeras

If anyone has MF information or budgets for these resorts, please post.

No, they just give them in a lump sum. No, I just have the number from the size that I own. Glad I could contribute.

I recently attended an annual meeting of the HOA at my personal residence. It was refreshing to see how differently they approached budgeting+fees. "Our capital reserve met its target and no significant changes in expenses are expected, so we can reduce assessments. Other cost-saving measures will likely mean more reductions in the future."
...If only HGVC board-weasels could do that.
