Hi
I am taking my tween kids to Hilton Head for spring break next year. I have the option of Southwind Villas or Kingston Cove right now. Both 3 bedrooms. Can anyone let me know which they prefer of the two? Thank you

It's been about 10 years. We had both a Kingston Cove and Southwind unit for a week in the Summer. We ended up mostly using the Kingston Cove unit. I can't remember the circumstances why we had the two units. We loved Kingston Cove. We personally would choose Kingston Cove (YMMV). There are units that overlook the lagoon and units that overlook the golf course. We had a lagoon unit. The unit was fully equipped, roomy and well maintained. Nothing wrong with Southwind, but we really loved the Kingston Cove unit. There is a small pool there, but it was never crowded. Southwind is only slightly closer to the beach access. We liked having the freestanding cottage, sitting on the screened porch and listening to the frogs in the lagoon at night. There are no other amenities than the pool and no activities, but we would love to stay there again if visiting Hilton Head.
