sheraton vistana resale

I bought a sheraton vistana resale on 12/21/08. I found out the special assessment on vistana 2 weeks later.

My question is that given how much I have to pay for the special assessment in addition to the maintenance fee and I haven't even yet to use the resort), do you think the cascade owners will be invited to join SVN (free or for a fee) after the renovation? I know the fountain owners have already been invited in for owners before 12/07. Was the invite for the fountain owners occur only after the renovation? does starwood announce the invite beforehand? Will the deadline of 12/07 applied for other resort region like spa, fall and cascade?

I have consistently heard the same (that the cutoff will remain at 12/31/07), but only time will tell.

The seller was required to disclose that info. If he did not, and you don't want this week, then you are perfectly within your rights to cancel the purchase and get all your money back.
