hi ,here in nevada at david walley's. nice resort, very pleasantly surprised. kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. they put us in the new section. we got a 2 br for my small sdo. weather is great. going to Reno today. take care all.

14 miles to tahoe , took 15 minutes.up steep mountains though. and about an hour to Reno because you have to go through towns at 25 miles per hour.

How far is it from Wally's to Reno and to Tahoe?

David Walley's is in the Carson Valley - there is a mountain ridge between Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley. It is pretty in it's own way, but more of a ranch land setting and quite different than the Tahoe Basin.
