If you are still in the middle of transition, and the seller already send out the ownership transfer form to Wyndham, by the time you get it, you may very well looking at Dec time frame. So I will forget about the beach in summer 2009. Maybe 2010.

Try RCI Extra Vacations and be prepared to spend $1500+ for a 2BR at MB Summer '09.

With RCI, you should be putting in an ongoing search for 2011, unless you can get the seller to make an RCI deposit now and put in an ongoing search for 2010 immediately.

If MB is not your home resort you can forget about MB in Summer via FSP points.

You might be able to get on Rotating Priority List and get something about 23 months from making your request. Again if you're not in the system by about September you will be looking at Summer 2011.

There are still rooms available at all three MB resorts for the week of 6/6/09. Granted, not peak summer, but still. We won't be able to book the next week for 1-3 days, depending on what check-in day you want.

OP already got the deed, so it is in Wyndham's court, I doubt the seller can legally book an reservation at this moment. And when it all settle, rest assure, it probably will be way pass the reservation.
