Thanks for the info. We are both on the deed, although he must be primary since they put both reservations in my husband's name. We made these back in January and they are both still showing, so I hope that means they haven't been canceled! We now know who will be joining us, so I might as well just put the one unit in our guest's name since we have not used our complimentary guest certificate.
If they are still both showing in your account then they are not cancelled
Since you are both on the deed, the # of owners is 2 which means you can have 2 reservations at the same time and they won't be cancelled. But if you add a 3rd during the same dates regardless of which resort you choose then the 3rd would be cancelled.
If it were me, I would call and have owner services put the 2nd reservation under MY name and you would not be charged the guest cert. This is in case for some crazy reason your guest backs out. You might need that guest certificate for later?
Are you familiar with the site or do you always call the Vacation Planning Center when you are booking?
