Just wondering if anyone personally has developed health issues as a result of recent travel to a timeshare or other travel (Covid-19 or other conditions).

Just wondering if anyone personally has developed health issues as a result of recent travel to a timeshare or other travel (Covid-19 or other conditions).

We just returned last Sunday from 10 nights in Phoenix (Marriott’s Canyon Villas) and Scottsdale (Westin Kierland Villas). Neither resort was very busy although I understand that began to change as we checked out. We have not experienced any symptoms so far and hopefully it stays that way. We did follow the social distancing and other guidelines at the resort, at stores, and during a couple of dinners inside a restaurant, which no doubt helped. I have been tracking the number of confirmed cases since April 1 and noted that Maricopa County, which includes both Phoenix and Scottsdale, had a significant spike of confirmed case the last few days. That could be due to an increase in testing or other reasons, but based on what I read today that is not the only factor. Obviously, everyone should continue to remain vigilant when outside their home.

Best regards.

Mike

Very indirectly. We went to Marco island and kept socially distant but I didn’t eat carefully, too much meat, developed diverticulitis, ended up hospitalized, can’t eat anything now but Braty. I went through this five years ago, and forgot the lesson I learned then.
