Didn't really get a good feel. Let me ask it another way.
What would people consider a good price for WKV
Platinum 1-Bd
Gold+ 2-Bd

There are two sizes of one bedroom units.

The large size platinum+ 1bd sold in the $7K-$8K range; whether it will still sell at that price point is unknown; the small size platinum+ 1bd sold in the $5K-$6K range.

The gold+ 2bd units sell cheaply (I think you could get one for a couple thousand, perhaps less); the problem with them is that their MF's are high (currently $1,645) for only 81K SO's.

Thanks. Trying to compare current prices to historical since things are all over the place.

I think it will be the prices over the next six months that will be all over the place. Panic sellers, opportunistic buyers, and the historical market in the background.

The fact that there is no ROFR at Kierland will exacerbate the price variations.

I use to keep up an eBay sales thread (old now).
You can find it by sorting on # of Views - still one of the top threads for #Views.
