Vistana reservations-the management should waive the 60 day cancellation policy to bank points

I have no idea when the corona virus lockdown will end, but in the meantime owners have to cancel 60 day prior to arrival to bank their points for another year, so owners are forced to cancel their reservations for this summer. If you wait to cancel less than 60 days, you have to use the points this year. Who can we talk to sugest that we may request a change in policy due to corona virus.
