Thank you, I am hoping someone can confirm my understanding of charter benefits and maitenence costs. I recently took over a deed from my parents for a small bi/annual contract. Now that I own I am looking to pick up more points on the resale market that would fit our vacation needs. SInce I retained the charter benefits from my parents, I can buy all the resale points I want and still be able to book bonus time anywhere right? In addition, if I add more points do I have to pay an annual "base fee" for each additional purchase?

If you did a family transfer with your parents BG points, and if they purchased from BG initially, then yes, you should have Bonus Time at all locations. As to buying additional points via resale, as long as they are in the same trust fund then there would not be an additional base fee. Most folks in blue green have trust fund E, but there are also trust funds D and B I believe. Mixing trust funds would result in additional base cost for each. Hope this helps!
