Speaking of uncertainty. Look at this 10,500 point Kinglands on Ebay which sold for a steal recently. Why so low? Uncertainty about the seller?

I see another transaction for the same in November. Sounds like that one fell through and this was the latest listing of the same.

That’s why I ignored it. Most of those Waikoloa area listings (Kingsland, Bay Club, Kohala) are low-ish selling points but usually right around $16-1700 MF. Too rich for my blood for now. And St. Louis is too far away To guarantee I’d make enough use of it
