I use email folders for our different timeshares. It just seems easier for me. I do the same for travel plans like fights and rental cars.

I don't own enough to need a spreadsheet. Not in RCI Points and don't use Weeks enough to document anything about it.

Perhaps if you told us a bit of what you're trying to accomplish we can help.

Just trying to manage my RCI weeks and point accounts, and Wyndham week. Also my two weeks at diamond resorts. I want us but in checking Dez unit number account number membership number all the crazy nonsense that the different people ask you for when you call them. Also, want to put in who it is I'm supposed to call, their email and their phone numbers . Also want to put in best units do you request and what day checking is there, what time check-in is. Also, trading power value, Big banked time date, expiration date of points or weeks, description of our unit as to whether it is every other year, every year, unit number purchased purchase price, all the stuff in one place. Finally, the time. For each unit as to when it can be booked for the next year. Thanks I would really appreciate it, Di
