Two (2) Bedroom Condo at Fox Run Resort. Week 16. Buyer pays only closing costs to transfer deed (~$26), and transfer fees (~$75), which is what the resort charges to transfer to the new owner. Buyer will be responsible for 2017 maintenance fees of $710, due by Jan. 31, 2017.

The resort is at Lake Lure, in the mountains near Asheville, which is the location where Dirty Dancing was filmed. It's beautiful.

Also, this week at Fox Run will always get an additional week through Interval International, a huge bonus.

So, for basically $100 per night + an exchange fee of around $184, this condo at Fox Run gets some amazing exchanges, like 2 bedrooms in places like the Marriott Resort in Palm Beach Shores, Florida or Marriott Resorts in Palm Desert or Newport Beach, CA. Branson, Las Vegas, Mexico ... the possibilities are endless!

I believe he meant that clicking on the link to you to the actual craigslist account (instead just the ad that everyone else would see), as though you were logged in as the OP. You could make any changes to the ad that you wanted.
