We had an unavoidable situation with my spouses health that changed our life financially. We were unable to pay the monthly fees from September until now. They have suspended our account. What are my options? We have now resumed normal lofe. What if I pay the $800 it's behind? Will I be able to resume use of my Wyndham ownership?

Yes, if you catch up before they foreclose, your use will be reinstated.

If your financial situation will be ongoing, you can call Wyndham to file a hardship claim to deed the contract back and have the debt forgiven. If that doesn't work, you can ask if they will take the deed back under the Ovation program if you catch up the MF.

I would think they would be happy to have you pay your back maintenance fees and keep you as a paying member, but I don't know for sure. The best thing is to call the financial services department and make the offer.

Treatments are over and he can resume work. I will give them a call tomorrow. Thanks :)

if you want out, call the Ovations Department at Wyndham

they may take your contract back (for free), assuming you are all up-to-date and have no loans
