Sorry if this is the wrong place... I'm the new guy.
In the marketplace results, I see "Days" and "Weeks", but I'm confused on what that actually means. I've tried looking everywhere, but can't find the answer. I figure that weeks indicates the week in which the owner is able to use the timeshare, but why have weeks for floating weeks? Also confused about the "Days" part of the fields:
In the case of:
06/01/16
08/01/16
Does this mean there's two weeks available when purchasing this unit?
In the case of:
06/01/16
08/01/17 (note the year)
Does this mean that there's only one week available? If so, why would the days be different?
Is it normal for only the current/next year to be listed under the Days/Weeks field? Or does this mean after 2017, there's no more weeks (example: I don't see 2018 listed, can I assume that there's a week for 2018, 2019, etc)? Final question, if the ad is for a floating week, does this mean the seller has probably used the week for 2016, or does that vary from seller to seller? Thanks!
