I Need to get a copy of the 2015 or 2016 Barrier Island Resort in Duck (SPM Resorts) Operating Budget or Annual Meeting Notes. Can anyone help me with this please?

Did you contact the resort management company SPM for a copy of the budget? I meet a rep for SPM at Royal Dunes last year and he was very easy to talk with about Royal Dunes. Plus, he was working on sites at the resort daily.
