I need to know if there is a big difference between a 1 Bedroom Deluxe and 1 Bedroom Presidential at Midtown 45. I can save 100,000 points if I keep the 1 Bedroom Deluxe. It only looks like there is 100 sq ft difference between the 2 units. Can anybody give me any insight on the differences between the 2 units?

I haven't stayed at 1BR presidential, but have seen the unit. I reserved 2BR presidential but hotel tried to put me in at 1BR presidential instead.
Anyway, 1BR presidential has better furniture and view than 1BR. Bathroom is better as well. The unit I saw had 2 bathrooms while standard 1BR has 1 bathroom. 2 bedroom presidential and 1 bedroom are quite different, but 1 bedroom presidential and 1 bedroom are not much different, just more luxury feel and better view (and probably extra bathroom).
