Hello, Newbie Here...help needed from all the experts here, please....
We have a reservation at our home resort in Cocoa Beach the week of December 5-12, 2015 that we can no longer use....is it too late to rent it? I have never rented the unit before and I've been reading all the stickies and threads here but now I'm really confused! (Brain Overload) if this were Your situation, what would You do?? all help and advice are greatly appreciated....

If this is your owned week , you can certainly rent it and you can put it in the Rentals Offered thread as long as it is within 45 days and the rent asked for is it more than $700 for the week

I would think someone would love to go to that resort!

Thank you so much for your reply. You sound as if this rental should rent quickly/easily??? We own a float week, and reserved the week of 12/5-12/12/2015. I have the reservation confirmation -
I notice that when I posted, my status shows as Guest but I did pay the TUG membership fee and joined last night-how long does it take for the status to change and allow me to post the rental?
If someone accepts the rental, what would be the next step? A rental agreement is located ?? And is this rental done privately through email, phone conversations?
Thank you so much
