I have 1 deeded week (and i am sure a floating one) in GrandView Las Vegas, never used, bought in 2005.

Bought it when i had money in the UK, now moved to Canada as both parents were killed in a Road Traffic Accident (technically murdered according to the Police), so i couldn’t stay in that country anymore, has taken the edge off holiday to be honest.

I dont have money in Canada, no car (lift to work every day), rent to live (no house i can live in). So have no money to pay for maintenance which is super cheap it seems (US $320), its never really gone up from $310 when it started.

Please contact for details (number below), i have all the deeds here, you are welcome to use any closing agent you want. I offer this free however you need to pay closing fees, but i do ask due to my parents if you would donate some money to the local Paramedics / Ambulance service as these guys got my parents airlifted to hospital in about 30 mins, very impressive, however still to late

Owning this now is creating alot of stress as i just cant afford ownership

Many Thanks

Ashley - I removed your phone number from your post - you don't want to post your phone number on the internet unless you want to receive a lot of unsolicited sales calls! ;)

Thanks, however its VOIP i can bar anything...

However i no longer own this (as of about May/June 2012).

I "donated" money (which i can claim back as a tax deduction) about $800, then paid to transfer this out, i have all the paperwork, have a layer look over the paperwork. All done.

No bill this year and i have a copy of the new contract with my account number on it from the resorts owners confirming i no longer own this. yay.

If anyone wants to know how if you have a timeshare you dont want, however it has to be fully paid up with the current year paid as well.

Just out of curiosity, please tell us how you did this.

He paid an upfront fee company to take it off his hands. They will either sell it on ebay or use the Viking Ship method to abandon it.

Keep in mind she claimed to be in Canada, so conventional TUG Wisdom in regards to the need for a viable transferee and tax implications may not apply
