Vistana Home Resort Reservations Fails 8-12 month date range.

The newly remodeled Vistana site prevents me from creating a home resort reservation between 8 and 12 months ahead.
I receive the message: For Vistana Signature Network reservations, arrivals should be within 8 months of today's date.

What resort are you trying to book and do you have enough points without using any banked points. Are you booking your home unit type in your home resort during the regular use year? Are you using flex points or a deeded unit in the same view/unit type?

You can only book EXACTLY what you own 12-8 months out. Anything outside of exact it won’t allow you to book. Sounds like you are trying to book something juuuuuuust a bit outside…..

It has to be the same season, unit size and resort you own for a 7-Day stay on valid check in days (typically Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) or else it's considered a VSN float reservation which is 8 months or less out.

I had a similar problem trying to book my winter Lakeside Terrace week. I found out it will only allow me to check in on Sunday and the other days showed the 'outside booking period' message. My week was purchased by the previous owner before Vistana took over and I guess it happened due to some legacy issues. I would have probably been able to book a different day for check in if I called but didn't try.
