We got mailings from this developer prior. Do you know if it is II or RCI - not that it matters. Jackson Hole is very cool, one of my favorite places. But, I think at those prices I would still go for purchasing an investment condo. Just my thoughts - we would like to retire part of the year somewhere out west. Jackson is on our short list - but unless these were screaming deals I still think they are pretty pricey. MF are very high also, we called on the orginal mailing - it was the MF that scared us away and moved us in different thought pattern.
