Thanks for sharing. I'm happy that the cleanup effort seems to be prioritizing the residential properties.
What really surprised me was that before the fire it took 300 days to get approval to build. Now with upwards of 1000 plans being submitted it will take a staggering amount of time to get approved.
I would think that if the county came up with 6, 8 or 10 different pre-approved house plans from either professional architects or from previously approved home and apartment plans and offer them to home builders as pre-approved plans that it would greatly speed things up. Yes, they would still need to do some other engineering but allowing builders or owner/builders to get pre-approved plans would be a great idea. Just my opinion.....
