The unit is a 1 BR deluxe which has a full kitchen, washer and dryer and sleeps 4. A free size upgrade has been requested but cannot be promised.
Cost is $345 including taxes, fees and parking.
 
This unit has just upgraded to a 2 BR with 2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Sleeps 8. $345 includes all taxes, fees and parking. Walking distance from the Strip for New Year's Eve festivities.
If you want to stay longer, I have a 2 BR unit at Wyndham Desert Rose down the Strip. Ask me about the cost if interested.
 
So to be clear this checking in on 12-29-2025 checking out on 1-1-2026. 3 nights. Total 345$? I have friend maybe going to Las Vegas Bowl. To see Utes play.
