Hello everyone. I am giving away this timeshare, all maintenance fees for 2024 are paid.

6. Maintenance Fee of $3,765.31 + tax if applicable
7. Next Bill due/Payable in Q1 2025

Do you know what Phase of Harborside your deeded week is considered
It will be either a Phase 1 or a Phase 2
