Hello - not sure why this q was deleted, but just as an FYI we do take advance bankings - often far in advance, mostly depending on your maintenance fee payment to your resort and how they can accomodate such an early deposit.

I deleted my original post because it was somewhat of a dupliction of a prior post I made about a specific resort exchange I was considering. Plans changed so we won't be doing it.
