We will be staying at Cypress Harbour over New Year's Eve.
Can anyone with small children tell me what building I should request?
They are very young and like to do pool and any kid friendly activities.
Are the pools heated? Also, does anyone know if SeaWorld has fireworks
on New Year's Eve? Only plan on doing Disney for one day this time,
and I'm not sure if Universal would be a big hit with the 2-3 year old crowd. Thanks for any advice.

Check out this map to help with villa selection:

The activities staff gets high marks from Tuggers.

The resort is walkable even for toddlers. There's a pontoon boat that will take you from the Clubhouse Pool to the Activities Center. Be sure to ask for a lake view if you want an easy walk to the pools.

I justed checked into CH today. We have two 5 year olds. We picked buulding 62. It is right next to the MAZE, all the activities and the smaller pool, but the island pool may be zero depth. (not the small one and I did not see it in the main pool) It is a good location for us as the kids do not need zero entry, but I think you may have to drive or do a brisk 5 minute walk to the main pool. The main pool at night has a band and a lot of activity. The small pool is quite. We have not explored enough yet, but I like our location for the kids. We will be out a lot in Disney.

Rooms here at great and the resort is very nice, but I think I like the Grande Vista better.

Clubhouse Pool and Main Pool, one and the same?

Thanks Guys!
Do I understand this right, the main pool is another name for the clubhouse pool? I need to get this right because I know if there's a band there at night, that's where we'll want to be! The map definitely helps, looks like I'll be requesting lake view in Bldg 52. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

We'll be there 4 nights and hope to do one day at Sea World, one day at Magic Kingdom (or Animal Kingdom), and the last two days just hanging
out at CH.

Have a wonderful time JimIg23!

Last night the band was at the clubhouse pool area. Enjoy!
