Just learned Bethel Inn is no long trading through RCI.
We have been exchanged throughout RCI for the last a few years, it was a nice resort. In fact, they no long offer any trading with any exchange companies.

That makes me sad. I've been there several times, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The two places up at Sunday River charge an exorbitant housekeeping fee. Sigh. I guess I will have to cross Bethel off my list for timesharing.

Did Bethel Inn say why?

Did Bethel Inn say why?
They said that they did not see benefits for the timeshare exchange. Unfortunately, the timeshare owners are the ones lost the opportunities.
Before, Bethel Inn operated as a hotel as well as timeshare.

What about people who own there? They won’t be able to trade their weeks any longer?

Interesting question. What will happen to timeshare ownership there ? Did they buy out all the timeshares who wanted to exchange ?

I've never stayed there, but I did take a look there when we stayed at the Jordan Grand many years ago.

We own week 40 there and stayed there this past October, probably a week after the original post. Although we were aware a regional hotel chain had purchased the resort there was no change at all to the timeshare operation. However, no one informed us they were exiting RCI. We have traded this week several times but generally use the week as it is usually peak foliage season. I guess I don't need to renew my RCI membership that expires in May.

You may still be able to trade your week through independent exchange companies like 7Across, Hawaii Timeshare Exchange, SFX, Trading Places, etc. The resort does not have to be affiliated to use them.
