I think you meant to say biennial not biannual. GV Las Vegas MF is paid once a year and based on the info you provided, you have a 2 bedroom biennial or EOY unit.
You may also want to specify whether it is even or odd but most people who buy this units buy them for the points which are allocated every year. In other words, for those interested in the points, whether odd or even, you get the same points every year.
Your unit will have 49k points allocated yearly.
