Could you confirm if this is the true 1BR or if it is the studio side? Looking at the MFs, it appears that it may only be the studio?

It is every other year, so it's half the MF plus $30 per year, and she may be including the SVN fee, which will go away.

This is a 1 bedroom premium villa with the unit # 0466. The dashboard printout says they get 44,000 Star Options and the Maintenance fee page says the 2016 operating Assessment is 356.47 and the replacement reserves is 80.42 for a total of $436.89.

Hope that clarifies more for you

We just got back from our first time here. Honestly, the most impressive timeshare property in relation to location, amenities, etc we have ever visited and probably our most relaxing and refreshing vacation ever.

We have been to Cancun a number of times before over the years and pretty familiar with the various resorts and places to go. In our opinion nothing else in Cancun compares to WLR.

I am pretty sure the 44K StarOptions definitely don't transfer though. They didn't for us resale as a Voluntary.

Clarification - the Staroptions won't transfer to the new owner - it's a voluntary resort.

Maximum occupancy is 4. You can only directly book weeks within the float season listed. If you want to travel during the summer, you would have to rely exchanging through II- you can not pay a fee and upgrade the season.

I don't know about this resort, but at some of the VSE resorts, they will allow you to have a twin roll-away and a 5th guest in the large one bedrooms.

Thanks. I suspect there is also a tax amount in there? Given that this is EOY (my miss), it does sound like a true 1BR unit.

Is this contract an OCEANSIDE contract? I realize that all contracts are "ocean view" but Oceanside contracts to villas on the end of the building by the ocean do exist.

Still Available. If you have ever been to this resort you know it's one of the best to stay in Cancun and way cheaper than booking through Expedia etc.
