Not sure if t his is where I would post this, but I just bought a 1 bedroom sheraton vistana cascades unit on ebay, in looking at the listing after I won I got a little weary. I did a comleted search and found a seller who is a timeshare specialist who sold the same unit about 2 weeks ago. The item I bought had the same listing exactly except closing info, where he says he uses one company which has a hyperlink and that website is a different company, and he says you musy pay him direct. The users ebay ID is jannlowe, perfect 600 feedback however just started selling timeshares, sold like 10 this week and all are like this. Heads up, glad i hadnt paid yet.

We are too! This may be the same seller being discussed in this thread.

The other buyer has started complaint proceedings with ebay, you should too.

Don't pay him any money. You best bet would be to just cancel the deal. Under ebay rules, bidding on a timeshare just indicates that you want to enter negotiations for the property, and you are NOT obligated to buy...
