I'm in the process of purchasing a resale unit at WKORV and in the process of thinking about what to do for next year I realized I was unsure about something. When can you check-in to the different Starwood resorts (and WKORV...I realize I don't even know that)? Is it any day of the week for a full week? Or do some resorts only allow Sat - Sat or Fri - Fri or whatever?

Thanks!

Brad

Fri, Sat or Sun.

The most popular check-in day, by far, is Saturday. One poster also said that those checking in on Friday are relegated to the crappiest view.

Hi Brad - Congrats on your purchase! You may already know this, (and I apologize if you already asked this) but right now, you are outside the owner's priority window for making a reservation, except for the last 4 mos. of 2008 (Sept. - Dec.)

If you make a Resv. for the WKORV for a stay anytime during the next 8 mos., it will be like a Staroption exchange, and you will have no priority for view. If you are planning on staying at the WKORV in 2008, and want to be guaranteed your deeded view, you might want to ask the seller to make a Resv. for you for Sept. - Dec., ASAP.

Just a thought...
