I may be looking to requalify a resale and may be looking to get either 37000 staroptions or possibly 67000 staroptions. Can someone tell me the cheapest resort for options. Pricing would be nice. Does anyone have prices for cancun...are they selling studios there or just lockoffs?

Hey djp,

Here is a thread discussing the cheapest developer purchase for requalifying a resale:

http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24730

Here is a thread discussing Vistana Villages pricing:

http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24079

Here is a link that reveals Cancun pricing:

(They were selling studios when I called earlier this year, but I don't know if they still are. Remember, Cancun is a voluntary resort.)

Good Luck!

Broadway Plantation is definitely the cheapest, if you are looking for something in a Silver (low) season. Vistana Villages is more. Most of the year is platinum there now. Cancun is more expensive than Vistana Villages

Can you still buy from the developer at Broadway Plantation?

Yes, my brother-in-law owns there. There are plans for several future buildings. They are going to BP in November, they we let me know.

kage- are you a starwood owner with developer weeks? if you are make sure you put your friends name down as part of the friendship rewards program so you can get the referral starpoints. if you are not, i would gladly put your friend in the program so we don't waste good starpoints from starwood.
