It is but each purchase must be based in a real estate interest. In this case a unit number and week. I'd think the $8K a little generous but you never know. I think you get get a Platinum plus for close to that price if one tried and was patient. I wonder what his real purchase price was, I haven't seen the overall prices for that resort.

I would think a Platinum Horizions Orlando would go in the $6000 - $8000 range.

My limited info suggests about $6500, maybe $6000 or so if one really works it. Same for both Horizon's resorts.

When we went to Horizons last November, the current developer price was only $17,500 for a platinum week.
