Change to 45 day window?

Madge: Has there been a change to the 45 day window program where a points member can exchange to a weeks unit for 9,000 points or less? Also when does the 45 days start. Is it from todays date or from the first day you can make a reservation which is about 10 days from the current date.

Todays date is 8/29 and I have checked several locations that change from reduced points to full points with a check in date of only 9/24. That's nowhere near 45 days. I just wondered if it is a programing glich or a policy change. Thanks.

I'm not aware of any change to the Instant Exchange point values for Weeks exchanges. Please forward a couple of the specific examples you've tried to feedback@rci.com. The Communications Team can check to see what might be happening from our end and forward to our technical staff.
