I searched all over and did not find anything resale for the Bay Harbor Michigan resort.

From what I could find on their website it shows it as a fractional ownership resort?

Anybody know anything?

Thanks
Amy

Yes, it is, though there are lots of ownership options. Aren't they having a lot of problems now because it was built on an area with toxic waste??? Did you read about that in the papers in the past year???

Found this after doing a GOOGLE search:

sorry I forgot how to make this into a link:

Now I am wondering if I should just cancel my long II request for this resort for next spring or summer. It seems like this is an impossible resort to trade into as it is an expensive fractional and owners could rent out their unused weeks for a lot of money.

I was thinking the same thing. There are a few people who have gotten trades into Bay Harbor! But I think I've I had paid $175,000+ I probably wouldn't be doing alot of exchanging with it. Either rent it, give it to a friend, or use it......... exchanging would be a bit of a bother for such little money!

I am using some of my Marriott Reward Points to stay at the Inn at Bay Harbor in July...
