New Property in Hawaii

I'm pretty sure I've read recently about plans for the new converted property on the Big Island. I've searched but can't find it. Does anyone know the thread I'm thinking of? Or do you know which hotel property is involved? Thanks.

It looks like it has been about a year since the announcement. Though we don't know anything more at this time than we did then.

My sister sent me a screenshot of a discussion from the Marriott Insiders forum where someone said salesman told them Marriott bought the 4 Seasons resort for the new Big Island property. Just wanted to confirm.
