I am currently working on a deal using LTT and they informed me that Marriott will not be processing any ROFR between July 15-27 as they are transitioning to a new system. Thought thos would be worth posting.

That's good news for those on the cusp. Marriott's "new system" does not change the timing requirements of most of the CC&Rs which require a response or it is automatically waived.

Interesting. They just pumped out a ROFR waiver for me in 4 business days. We sent it in on Tuesday the 7th and received the waiver today. Maybe I benefited from them being down for the coming weeks?
Or maybe I overpaid and it was an easy waiver
. Either way, I'm happy to pass and move on with closing -- I hope your waiver comes through soon!Best,

I'm buying a couple fixed weeks in Lahaina Villas and expect to sell the two floats. That's a great property and I love to visit -- looking forward to next trip!
