Has anyone dealt with this company? They claim to arrange to get the resorts to take back your deed, or your money refunded. They also claim 100% success rate.

I haven't heard of them. My guess is that they will only take on contracts that they believe they can get rid of. So, they probably don't take all timeshares and they will expect to be paid for their time.

You could do the exact same stuff for yourself for free. If you are completely and totally desperate, you may prefer to pay a company to do all the work for you. If you have time to spare and not $ to spare, you can talk to your resort about taking it back and if they won't (you have to be very persistent), you can try to give it away.

Any details? It would be nice to hear some details, not just a categorical imperative.

They recently started advertising on radio in the metro DC area.

The "search" function is your friend...

Conduct a TUG search on the name (see blue tool bar near the top of this page) to find threads with numerous posts in which this outfit has been discussed extensively, including some direct, first hand input and experience from at least one unhappy and unsuccessful "voluntary participant" (...it's not my input btw, just for the record).

As is always the case, there are simply no secret potions, elixirs or pixie dust that can somehow make a rock solid, legal, contractual obligation just magically "disappear" simply because someone writes an upfront fee check --- any and all radio advertisements and / or absurd printed claims to the contrary notwithstanding.

They are also recently doing radio ads in Chicago.
