Anyone have any current prices on 3 bedroom units at the Surf Club?

If I remember correctly, the price for a PLAT 3BR Ocean View (3BR are all ocean view only) was 41K on March 15th of this year.
NOT sure of GOLD.

There is an ad for a 3BR resale on one of the Marriot Classified site and it reads:
